Almost every presentation of the invited guests took place online, and thanks to the creation of separate communication channels between the executive assistant and the speakers, we were able to precisely manage their inputs and outputs live. Our specialists had full control over what was happening in the studio and bringing in more guests online, making the event run smoothly and professionally. Axence staff, who hosted the conference from the studio, introduced guests seamlessly, allowing for lively conversations and engaging discussions.
The entire conference was broadcast in real time on YouTube and Facebook, which allowed to reach a wide audience. We were responsible for preparing the graphics based on Axence branding materials — thanks to this, the broadcast acquired a professional look, with animated elements that enriched its visual character.
Control over the quality of the call with the interlocutors and constant contact on the internal line allowed us to avoid interference and ensure smooth communication throughout the 6 days of the conference. For the first time, we used an innovative live noise reduction system that silenced any noise coming from outside the studio, which significantly improved the sound quality and reception comfort of the broadcast.
The presenters were equipped with a so-called “ear”, which allowed the organizer to communicate with them in real time, without disrupting the transmission — all attention and coordination ran smoothly, which was crucial for the dynamic running of the event. The virtual studio, created especially for Admin Days, was an excellent opportunity to place the branding of the conference, and in the breaks, advertising blocks promoting Axence products were presented.
Working on the Admin Days project with such a professional and technically advanced team as the managers from Axence was pure pleasure for us. Achieving this event at the highest level, with full synchronization between all technical and substantive aspects, was our priority, and the end result confirmed our flexibility, commitment and attention to every detail.
